Since 2023 ongoing training in the Tellington Method, aka Ttouch, of working with horses, dogs, and other animals. In person and online master classes with the method founder Linda Tellington-Jones and her sister Robyn Hood.
Since 2022, Horseback Riding in English and Western saddle with Annette Osterlund, Kelly Fielding, and Jairo Duarte-Lopez.
1994-2024 Professional dance training in ballet and various world dance forms in the greater Los Angeles area.
2020-2024 Zoom Small Masterclasses with Mia Siegel for Very Advanced Feldenkrais Practitioners, classes limited to 6-8 students to gain insight into Feldenkrais' thinking when he developed the work and taught by his first student and muse who helped him develop the Method
2019-2020 Study with Dr. Paul St. Amand, MD, how to diagnose and treat Fibromyalgia disease.
2018-2024 Professional Acting Study in Milton Kastelas Technique with Manuel Urrego, The Studio LA.
2016-2023 Professional Voice Training with Sam Druckerman, classical technique with Jane Chen, and ear training with Linnea Soblosky.
Since 2019 ongoing Professional Voice Training with Bob Corff for theatre and professional work.

NEUROMUSCULAR WORK WITH ANIMALS
2024-present, Private Practice including instruction on how to work with the nervous system of one's horse/dog/cat to improve the body mechanics and increase relaxation.
2024-present, Hoku-Lio Farms, Oahu, Hawaii. Volunteer work with the horses and sheep. Focus on working with the neuromuscular system to improve body mechanics to overcome injuries/pain and to create an overall sense of relaxation and ease.
2021-2023, Equine Therapy, Paradise Valley Farm, Private Instruction. Neuromuscular and Fitness work with children with special needs in learning how to groom, lead, and ride horses.
